This workshop is designed to assist organisations in the development and review of their performance management systems. In particular we will look at three different aspects:
Performance measurement systems: we will review whether your scorecards and dashboards provide you with the right information on the most important aspects of your business
Strategy maps: we will look at effective ways to communicate and execute strategy, give a greater sense of purpose to employees and key stakeholders, and understand how future developments should be incorporated in today’s performance
Performance indicators: we will review some of your key indicators to understand whether they are robust, accurate and can really be acted upon. We will also examine different ways to present and visualise data.
Approach
During the day there will be some taught elements, but the main focus will be on the problems your organisation is currently facing. Also, you will have the opportunity to compare experiences and share practices with members of other organisations.
In order to maximise the time allocated to analysing and improving your performance management systems, in preparation for the day, you will be asked to read some material beforehand, and to send to Pietro documentation that outlines your existing systems and related issues.
Who should attend?
This is aimed at senior managers from public sector organisations that have performance measurement systems in place and that are already making use of strategy maps, or have been working on them and are about to introduce them.
Cost
Because of the personalised content, this clinic is limited to six organisations, with a maximum of four delegates from each organisation. Cost to attend is £1500 + VAT per organisation.
